Bill Rastetter of Rancho Santa Fe, California, photographed these delectable asparagus with a Canon EOS-3 and Canon EF 28—70mm L zoom lens on Kodak E100VS film at f/22. The image was scanned on a Polaroid SprintScan 4000, worked on in Adobe Photoshop 5.5 and printed on an Epson Stylus Photo 1280 printer.

Sandra Kunz of Wickford, Rhode Island, shot both images of "Melon-Choly Baby" in Peru with a Canon Elan II and Canon 35—135mm zoom lens on Kodak Supra 100 film. The negatives were scanned into Adobe Photoshop 6.0 on a Minolta Elite scanner and printed on an Epson 1270 inkjet printer.
