Leica Rangefinder Camera
The new Leica MP is a rangefinder camera that offers a mechanically controlled
horizontal-action, rubber-cloth focal-plane shutter that’s precise, quiet
and vibration-free. You can choose from shutter speeds of 1¼1000 to one
second, as well as a “B” setting for long exposures. The Leica MP
integrates a high-precision rangefinder system found in all Leica M cameras,
and features a large, bright viewfinder with automatic parallax correction.
The field of view is indicated by pairs of bright-line frames, for 28 and 90mm,
35 and 135mm, and 50 and 75mm. The Leica MP is available in a black lacquer
